The former ''Bell Signs Building'' is near completion of the repairs following Hurricane Michael and the tenant improvements for the first tenant CrossRoads Building Supply. CrossRoads will be occupying the north-end of the building in February. The sellers are finalizing a lease for the remainder of the building with a long-term credit tenant. The building is offered for sale ''as-is'' with tenant improvements for CrossRoads completed. Lease terms, financials, plans, etc. available upon request and signing a confidentiality agreement. The remaining work to be completed by the new owner will include: site work, paving, landscaping, high-bay lighting, electrical and tenant improvements specific to the new tenant's requirements.
